The W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center, located in the heart of the Cal Poly Pomona campus, is a showcase facility that houses approximately 100 purebred Arabian horses.  Typically, 10-15 foals are born each year. The breeding program is dedicated to producing beautiful athletes, which are offered for sale in the Annual Production Sale in August of each year. The W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center is proud to have produced numerous national winners in a wide range of disciplines.

The horses of the W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center serve as ambassadors of the Arabian breed at many different events. The most notable of these events is the Sunday show, a tradition that has been continued from the days of the original Kellogg ranch. Sunday shows are staged at the Horse Center at 2:00 pm on the first Sunday of every month, from October through May.

The Arabian Horse Center is generally open for self-guided tours from 8-4 seven days / week, excluding major holidays.  Campus events and closures, weather, and other situations can affect this, so please check our Facebook page or call for specific information.  For the 2016-2017 academic year, tours led by our student ambassadors will be offered at 11 am Tuesdays and 1:30 pm Wednesdays. To ensure we have a student scheduled, please RSVP by emailing  arabianhorse@cpp.edu or call (909) 869-4988.
